About Thomas Hart

Born and raised in the Comox Valley, I joined Royal LePage In the Comox Valley in 2005. I work very closely with my father, Gregg Hart, who has been in the business for 40 years. Together, we work on projects such as: commercial developments, condo complexes, land subdivisions, large leases and single family home sales. Thought out the years I have strived to achieve some of the highest priced sales in the Comox Valley and have set records. From water front home to raw land, I really enjoy the challenge of finding the right person for each property. Since 2005, I have been personally recognized for many awards from Royal LePage Canada and the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board. I have been consistently in the top 5% of Royal LePage Realtors® nationally. In 2018 I was awarded, The Diamond award top 3% Nationally.

Through my years as a Royal LePage Realtor®, I have built a large referral group of Realtors® across Canada and the USA. If you are relocating to another city, province or state, I can give you multiple names of qualified professional Realtors® who can help you sell or buy.

For many years now, I have been a proud supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and Ducks Unlimited. In 2013, I was the chair of the Royal LePage Garage sale in the Comox Valley, which was a success which 100% goes towards helping women and children out of situations of domestic violence. In 2017 I hiked across Iceland & in 2019 across the Sahara desert to help raise awareness for domestic violence. Together with others from Royal LePage over $1.7million was raised.
