Born and raised in the beautiful Comox Valley, I joined Royal LePage in the Comox Valley in 2005. Working closely with my father, Gregg Hart, who has been in the real estate business for over 45 years, we collaborate on a variety of projects, including commercial developments, condo complexes, land subdivisions, large leases, and single-family home sales. Over the years, I have strived to achieve some of the highest-priced sales in the Comox Valley, setting records along the way. From luxurious waterfront homes to raw land waiting to be developed, I truly enjoy the challenge of finding the perfect match for each property. Since 2005, I have been honored with numerous awards from Royal LePage Canada and the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, consistently ranking in the top 5% of Royal LePage Realtors® nationally. I’ve had the privilege of achieving the highest sale in the Comox Valley twice: once as the buying agent for an $8.5 million property and again as the selling agent for a $12.5 million property. For many years, I have proudly supported the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and Ducks Unlimited. I serve on the Royal LePage Snow to Surf board, helping organize a 1,500+ person adventure race that brings the community together. To raise awareness and funds for domestic violence prevention, I hiked across Iceland in 2017 and the Sahara Desert in 2019 alongside other Royal LePage Realtors®. Together, we raised over $1.7 million for the Shelter Foundation. I’ve also been consistently recognized as one of the top 10% donors to this important cause.
